06/16/22 update: The January 6th Select Committee presented a third televised hearing. In it, Vice President Pence was shown saying, “The president said I had the right to overturn the election. I did not have the right to overturn the election.” Pence never waivers in his opinion and goes on, “There is nothing more un-American… The vote belongs to the people… not one man,” [paraphrased].
An angry insurrectionists is shown saying, “We are going to drag politicians through the street,” followed by the mob chanting, “Bring out Pence.”
We don’t know why Trump hasn’t already been subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison, but we can expect that he will be soon.
06/11/22 update: The first January 6th Committee televised hearing was a fantastic success.U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland and the DOJ will have to indict and arrest former President Donald J. Trump for his directing the ongoing coup to overthrow the United States of America.
Trump’s comment that former Vice President Pence“deserved to die” was heard by millions of Americans. Trump’s plan and actions were to overthrow the United States of America and assassinate the greatest people in our country.
Trump is also now more likely to be subpoenaed for multiple criminal and civil cases. The downhill slide has begun in earnest.
