I will answer these questions now.
Why does science reject the theory that thoughts create matter?
Early scientific instruments could not measure consciousness. The scientific method net could catch and validate physical evidence, but not so much subjective evidence. Physical devices validated physical aspects of the universe. This is one of the reasons why mainstream science rejects the theory that thoughts create matter.
As scientific instruments advanced, the findings of quantum mechanics disproved physicalism and classic physics. But it was too late for the establishment to reverse course because the scientific establishment as a whole had already settled on physicalism. In that view, thoughts were considered nothing but insignificant discharges from the brain.
Mainstream science rejects the theory that thoughts create matter and consciousness creates reality.
Why does the mainstream scientific community reject the theory that consciousness creates the universe and reality?
Mainstream science settled on physicalism a century or two ago, and the theory that thoughts create matter threatens that paradigm. Many scientists feel that to question physicalism / materialism is to question science. If you tell them that you do not believe in materialism, they take this to mean that you are not scientific.
Physicalism is a theory, not science itself.
While many top physicists are inclined to believe that consciousness is fundamental, the rest of science doesn’t listen. It is as if the arms and legs of the body of science do not listen to the head.
This problem creates a rift in civilization itself. People believe scientists because scientists are supposed to know the truth about reality.
Because of the perceived authority of the scientific establishment, the world accepted physicalism. Beginning over a century ago, a latticework of theories regarding every conceivable subject quickly grew from the premise of a material substructure made out of solid bits of matter.
Only later was it found out that solid bits of matter did not even exist.
The mechanical view of reality that was settled upon became the basis of other fields of science. All fields of science are now built on a false premise.
Most fields of science have long ago accepted the mechanical picture, and they have been building their knowledge base on that assumption for a long time. Each new finding becomes a support for a false paradigm.
The Rosenthal Effect is like the Placebo Effect, only it reveals that a scientist’s hypothesis influences even the most controlled scientific experiments so that results tend to prove what is expected. This is another reason why science tends to reject and dismiss the theory that thoughts create matter and consciousness creates reality.
Science has collected so much to support its theories and so much to reject anything contrary that it seems as if physicalism is logical, which it is not. However, everyone accepts it, regardless.
What the hospitals, courts, politicians and media in your community say and do is still based on a 15th century scientific paradigm of a mechanical universe.
Science did not prove that your thoughts do not create reality. Scientists simply assumed thoughts do not create reality and then their thoughts kept them stuck in that view.

Science got its views from religion
The history of science explains why science and religion tell us that our thoughts do not create our reality. This is the subject of “The Solution…” Most early scientists were educated in church owned schools. “The Solution…” (shown below) specifies exactly what concepts held by the church transferred to Darwinism and physicalism and why.
Science was created by the Church of England in the 1500’s. Scientists set out to discover the nature of reality and the meaning of life. They developed a system to ensure that they would not make the same mistake the church had made.
Science broke off from the church as a separate discipline to escape religious bias and fervor.
To prevent bias and emotionalism from twisting results scientists developed the scientific method of ascertaining facts. The scientific method, however, was only able to ascertain physical things or physically provable phenomena.
If the universe were a subjective manifestation, how would they know? The scientific method was useless to prove subjective phenomena!
Scientists prided themselves on being objective. Nor could physical instruments prior to the advent of quantum physics validate subjective phenomena. Thus, seeming facts collected around the central premise of a material universe composed of solid particles.
When a central premise is false, all that comes after that bottom rung is distorted. A great number of facts were harvested in this way.
Why was “De revolutionibus orbium coelestium“ so important in world history?
“The Solution…” has the intrigue of Nicolaus Copernicus’s “De revolutionibus orbium coelestium,” a book that was important because from it we learned that the earth was not the center of the universe.
Now another paradigm-shift is taking place, and “The Solution…” has many similarities to Copernicus’s book.
The human race is in the most important transition since the birth of self-consciousness. The chaos in the world today will get a lot worse before things get better. The world is living by a lie—by false beliefs—and those beliefs are not going to work. Those beliefs cannot produce positive results. Violence, global warming and lack are there to show us that those beliefs do not work. But it is absurd to think that you have to believe and experience the lessons other people are bringing on. You choose what you will experience according to what you believe and focus on.
At a certain point, people will realize that the world’s current collective beliefs are not working. When the difficulties become unbearable they will hopefully trigger a change of mind.
Individuals change their beliefs and then their personal reality changes. This also happens collectively. When the five + billion people on earth reach a tipping point, the collective manifestation changes. The old myths will be tossed out and then a new set of collective beliefs will manifest.
If you are open minded and if you educate yourself, you can save yourself a lot of pain and frustration. You don’t have to go down with the ship. There are plenty of lifeboats.
Contrary to mainstream thought, all humans are powerful souls, and together as a collective are moving in a very positive direction, even if there are disasters in the interim. There is guidance, love and direction on all levels and thus there is nothing to fear. You are safe. But if you do not believe you are, you bring on much suffering that is unnecessary.
Nothing is an accident. You always choose what reality you will experience. There are no exceptions. You create your own experience according to what you believe, think and feel, what you focus on and expect most.
Official rejection of the Internal Science paradigm sends the message to the medical establishment, psychology, treatment professions, the educational establishment and mainstream media to reject quantum mechanics.
The majority of scientists and hence the whole world assume that all living things are biological machines. At their core, all people, domesticated animals and plants are mechanical, finite, purposeless and created by chance.

Increasingly, radical religious views in the U.S., as well as terrorist ideologies abroad, are a result of the failure of science to validate consciousness and spiritual reality. Fanatics and terrorists reject science and reason itself for this reason.

There is more evidence that consciousness creates reality than there is evidence that black holes exist. There is more evidence supporting Internal Science than physicalism.
Scientists need to get their blocks in order
I see it all the time in the experiments of young school children. They meditate over jars of rice and the rice that receives hateful thoughts decomposes faster than the control and much faster than the rice that benefits from positive blessings.
The problem is that people see only what they want to see because their reality is a projection of their own beliefs. This applies to everyone that has an opinion and scientists often have the strongest opinions.
The ego of a scientist is the only problem, not lack of evidence. The evidence that shows that thoughts create matter is everywhere. You just have to be willing to look.
A philosophy of personal power
Thoughts are fields of energy that form matter. We have built a civilization on the division between mind and matter, yet both are the same — consciousness and matter are both composed of electromagnetic fields.
Thoughts combine with similar thoughts and transform themselves into probable events which contain the impetus and pattern necessary to evolve into the complexity of matter.
